Its position allows you to reach the most beautiful places in Eastern Sicily in less than 1 hour. Syracuse, Catania, Etna, Acitrezza, Acicastello, and the entire Ionian coast are connected by the A18 motorway which is just 7 km away from Villa Regina.

- Highway A18 Messina / Catania / Messina, Taormina exit, continue to Taormina city and Castelmola.
- By Train
- Messina / Syracuse / Messina Line, Taormina-Giardini Naxos Railway Station. Continue by bus to Taormina / Castelmola, or taxi service.
- By Plane
- Catania Vincenzo Bellini - Fontanarossa International Airport. At the airport there are all the car rental companies or use the buses and continue as above.
Every day a public bus connects Taormina to Castelmola.
